We are looking for a Sales Representative m/ž with vision and willingness to do amazing things.

This is a very dynamic job, as you will be in touch with customers and partners from all over the world.
The role has two major components:

I. Sales - calling inquiries provided by the company to convert into sales for private customers moving items abroad. At the same time developing the Sales department – workflow/processes.

II. Coordination – even if this is a sales-related role, some coordination tasks will be applicable – guidance for customers, providing all necessary information to the operations department, offering support during and after sales, and general administration.

Responsibilities:
• Handling inquiries that have been allocated – response time is crucial.
• Quoting up to about 40-50 inquiries per week (estimated)
• Providing strategic solutions and pricing for relocation cases
• Selling the services of the company and advertising extra services
• Closing the deal
• Ability to work on tight timescales in the face of competing priorities
• Attendance at corporate events nationwide and abroad

Candidate profile:
• Minimum of 3 years of employment in a Sales position.
• Experience in Logistics is a big advantage.
• University degree
• Driver’s license
• Fluent in Croatian and English (knowledge of the other languages is a strong advantage)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong analytical skills and responsibility
