House on sale is Marles Type, 10 km od centre of Vrbovec in Remetinec area. House is away from the main road 75m. It is situated on the main state road Vrbovec - Bjelovar. House is 2km from first free highway exit, so it has good connection to Zagreb (45 min to New Zagreb district). Next to the house is garage with storage area on side and top level of garage.
Owners papers are 1/1 (one owner of whole).
Heating in the house is with wood heating stove, and the house is connected to city gas, and you can connect any gas heater.
Lower floor consists of: entrance space, large living room with dinning room, kitchen with storage space, bathroom with toilet and one extra room (we used it for office).
Wooden oak staircases lead to upper floor. On upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, hall between rooms, and exit to balcony that is under the roof.
Property has 3200 m2, from which 2000m2 is on the south side which has apples, plumbs, cherry's, nuts and walnuts), and 1000m2 on the north side where is the garden of 150m2, vineyard, and other fruits (plumbs, cherry's, peaches, blackberry's, red current).
Big advantage of this house is privacy, because of the distance of the closest house (around 75m). The whole property is fenced with live fence consisted of pines and hazelnuts, which last year gave yield 5kg of shelled hazelnuts.
Property has it's own drinking water well, which is connected to the house, and on the north side is large forest where you can collect mushrooms.
Garden on the north side of the house was done by permaculture (eco).
Other big advantage of this property is very low monthly utility bills (less than 90€), included telephone with flat internet connection (10Mbit), electricity, gas, communal expences. Because of its construction and material used for its construction the house is warm in winter and cool in summer.
